Eddish Refund Policy

1. Summary

You can get a full refund of any Eddish payment if you ask within 14 days of being charged. This policy is part of our Terms of Service and is effective October 29, 2026.

Eddish subscriptions are sold by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes every payment and issues every refund, under Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy. Where Paddle's policy gives you more rights than this one, Paddle's applies.

2. Free trial and Free Tier

New Accounts start with a free trial, and the Free Tier costs nothing, so you can try Eddish fully before paying. Nothing is charged during the trial. If you don't subscribe before it ends, your Account moves to the Free Tier and you are not billed.

3. When you can get a refund

ChargeWithin 14 days of the chargeAfter 14 days
First payment (monthly or annual)Full refund, no reason neededNo refund
Monthly renewalFull refund of that monthNo refund
Annual renewalFull refund of that yearPro-rata refund of unused full months, at our discretion
Added Seats or Enterprise SSO add-onFull refund of that chargeNo refund

When we refund a charge, the plan, Seats, or add-on it paid for ends, and your Account moves to the Free Tier or the plan you had before.

We may refuse a refund where we see abuse, such as repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles, or where an Account was terminated for breaking our Terms. We also refund in full any charge made in error, such as a duplicate charge, whenever you report it.

4. Cancelling

Cancelling and refunds are separate. Cancelling stops future renewals and is always available in Settings or from your Paddle receipt email. You keep paid features until the end of the term you've paid for, then your Account moves to the Free Tier. Your data is kept, and you can export it anytime.

If you also want money back for a recent charge, request a refund from Paddle as in section 6.

5. Your legal rights and chargebacks

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer protection law where you live, such as the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU, UK, and some other countries. Paddle handles those requests.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually resolve it faster. A chargeback may pause your Account's paid features until it is resolved.

6. How to request a refund

Request refunds directly from Paddle, either way:

  • use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle receipt email; or
  • go to paddle.net, look up your purchase with the email you paid with, and choose "Request refund".

If Paddle declines a request this policy covers, email support@eddish.net with your Paddle order number and we will issue the refund. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Refunds are in the currency you paid, including any tax Paddle collected.
